I'm Gretta,
An Ivorian-American yoga and Pilates instructor with over 12 years of dedicated practice and teaching experience in Abidjan and Washington, DC. Throughout this journey, I’ve been fueled by a deep passion for empowering individuals to not only cope with stress but to truly thrive in all aspects of their lives. Yoga first entered my life as a sanctuary from anxiety, and what began as a way to calm my mind blossomed into a transformative journey that shaped my body, spirit, and purpose.
Now, I channel this transformation into guiding others on their own paths, blending the physical and mental dimensions of yoga to help clients cultivate calm, vitality, and long-lasting resilience. My focus is on empowering high-achieving professionals to conquer stress and anxiety so they can reach their fullest potential.

Drawing from a variety of yoga styles—including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Bikram, and Ashtanga—along with Pilates and HIIT, I design personalized sessions that enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. This integrated approach helps clients feel and look their best by addressing their unique needs and goals.
